This is a highly reputable brand that most people love and trust. The sturdy fabric of this warm and extremely comfortable hoodie is of excellent quality. The stitching is perfect. The roomy arms fit well. It washes great and maintains its superb new looks. I ordered XXT for my husband and it was a bit loose and great for layering. It has a large kangaroo pouch and a nice big warm hood. The material is very soft and nice to the touch. Inside fleece keeps one nice and toasty in the wintertime. Highly recommended! 👍

This is an expensive hoodie. I bought the navy color for $60. However, this will outlast any other hoodie. I have had it for 6 months now and it looks just as good as it did at first. If you are between sizes (I am 5’9” 190lbs and I am in between large and medium generally) I would recommend sizing down it is mostly personal preference on how baggy you want it, however, even though I sized down it is still quite baggy. This hoodie can be worn comfortably for >1 hour in 30 degrees, but is surprisingly not too hot indoors. I wear this during the school day almost ever day and I am comfortable walking from my car to the school doors in 10-20 degree weather, and never feel too hot while inside. You should not buy this hoodie for the “rain defender” branding. Although it is nice to have in light snow or rain, I haven’t really noticed a huge difference between this and other hoodies. Overall, I would recommend this to anyone who wants a hoodie that will last a long time, keep them very warm, and be a little looser.

This quickly became my favorite hoodie as I work outside, and working in the snow means you're going to be cold and wet if you don't have the right gear. So I directed myself towards this and my problems were solved. It's comfy, warm, and keeps me dry. The cuffs at both the waist and wrist are snug and keep the cold air out. The rain defender material keeps me dry and the material is THICK. I wear this hoodie every day and will gladly buy my next one without hesitation.

I love Carhaart clothes because you can always expect a long-wearing good quality utilitarian product. The price could seem expensive, when most hoodies are like $25. When I tried this thing on and realized how solid it is, the price was is totally justified. It's the perfect thicker weight. It cuts out the wind. It has a cool little pocket inside of the pocket. The hood is the perfect shape. It looks great after every wash. You KNOW it is going to last for years, It won't go out of style. It's just .. a good hoodie. I've got at least 10 other hoodies and only wear this one now. It's just perfect. Just get it.

Keeps you warm, but won't be too hot to wear on just chilly days. It's comfortable enough to wear all day. You immediately feel the quality in materials and build once you hold it. It's got some weight to it and all of the stitching is solid. The hoodie is larger than normal and gives great coverage for those of us with large heads lol. I've also washed it like 20 times now and I havnt noticed any shrinking. I'm a big guy and this works great for me. 10/10 would buy again

The hoodie is pretty thick. Which makes it function as a pretty good underlayer for a thicker jacket in the winter. It is extremely hydrophobic, you can probably be in a drizzle to light rain and be okay with just the hoodie. The fit is very loose so you can move your arms around and you don't feel restrained by the hoodie. I'm 6 ft 1 and around 300 plus pounds and this hoodie in 3XL fits perfectly. The hoodie is also decent at warding off light wind. The hoodie does feel pretty thick and a little bulky but you do get extra warmth. I would definitely buy this again.

Super heavyweight, warm, and comfortable. But they size really big. I normally wear a 2x but even an XL is baggy and long. I'll try a L next time.

I’m a PNW flatbed trucker. I’m 6’1 220 and a bodybuilder. XL is perfect for me. I tried on a L and it was tight and would have crept up if I raised my arms. During the wet and cold season in the PNW this has been an absolute champion at keeping me warm and dry in light to moderate rain, (though if you spend more than 15 minutes in moderate rain you will want the carhartt storm defender.) The hoodie is big enough to accommodate wearing a carhartt beanie and that combo will keep you warm in the 20s with light wind easy enough. My first hoodie was bought last year and still extremely good condition, I bought a second one just to have color variation and to take wear and tear off the first one. Buy with confidence.

Great fit, definitely better getting the Lg/tall. Nice weight good quality. Wish the price was a bit better but inflation (b.s) 🙄

5’9”, 185lbs. Purchased a L. It did shrink a bit in the wash but fits great even after that.
