Can this belt be worn by Runners such as myself? Averaging 4-12 miles per run, looking for lightweight back support to aid this

This back support belt is lightweight, I wear it at work and don't even notice I'm wearing it (12hr shift). So I suppose it would aid you in any form of exercise, hope this answers your question?

can I wear this against my skin or do I need to put a t shirt underneath?

You can wear against the skin with no problem. I have worn under t-shirts and found the support really helpful for my back problem.

What size should I choose for a waist that wears 34 in jeans?? Thanks

I bought the extra large and I'm a 36 waste and that was to big so I should have bought the large, so I guess you would need the large

is there any product code please
