Been using this bag for a month and I take it of the Velcro every day and unzip every meal to get to my meds it has plenty of space for insulin,needles,blood sugar monitor,inhalers,tablets and more all in one bag and can’t see any signs of wear and tear

Great bag, we got ours for our kids inhaler and spacer, and it still have space for more things

Nice pouch. Very well made. Lots of loops and inside pockets. Opens up easily and is very roomy inside. The zip works well and looks tough. The straps are a decent grade of nylon and the plastic fittings seem a decent quality.The colour is a bit more of a florescent orange than I had imagined. (the camera definitely muted the colour orange in the photos)I was hoping it might more of a burnt orange, but I'm OK with what I got.At least it won't get lost. I'm going to be using it in snow with my orange pack so it will be just fine. It definitely looks more "Alpine" in this colour.The first aid patch velcros on and off which is nice. Means it doesn't have to be a first aid pack.For the price I'm happy, even surprised.I've bought the other colours, black, red. There's about 8 colours to choose from.Will probably get a few more as I like to group stuff together in separate bags inside my pack so I can get stuff out easily. Firebox, tinder, firesteel etc in one pack. Cooking utensils and cutlery in another. And so on. That way I can get out everything i need for one job in one pack.Definitely happy with these pouches.

You can get quite alot in this, is what it is, good first aid pouch.

Although there are a lot of straps it is very badly designed, all the webbing straps are opposite each other meaning this narrow bag can't be used to it's full potential,if the straps were alternated you could fit more in and be able to access items without everything falling out

It's a bit awkward to get gear out of on occasion due to the style but great for a ifak

Je pensais acheter une bonne trousse à pharmacie, celle-ci n'est pas chère et je comprends pourquoi après l'avoir reçue. Les matériaux sont bas de gamme, elle est petite, elle reste difficilement en position ouverte à cause de deux élastiques dont j'ignore complètement le rôle, les élastiques dans la trousse ne servent à rien car ils n'ont aucune force de rétention. Une fois que vous avez rangé quelques pansements, compresses, une paire de gants, un antiseptique, une pince à épiler, deux boîtes de médicaments, rien ne tient, tout tombe, cette trousse n'est pas du tout pratique.Je ne préfère même pas essayer le système molle, à mon avis ça ne tiendra pas longtemps sur un sac de rando.Si vous cherchez une très bonne trousse de secours je déconseille celle-ci. Du coup elle me servira juste de kit bobologie de base avec quelques compresses, pansements, une paire de gants + 1 paire de ciseaux.
