10/12/20 - I am adding more information regarding this product. Unfortunately, I was not able to use the longer arm that the seller sent me as it is square and does not fit the original opening because the wall plate does not slide forward. I went ahead and purchased two other arms and am now waiting for them to be installed. In the meantime, I sent comments to the seller on 10/6 regarding new issues I have had with this product since the original issue of the shower arm. Now the knob that switches the valve from shower to tub and the wall plate are defective (see pictures).I purchased this shower/tub combination for my bathroom remodel which was completed on 8/29. The rotation knob that allows you to switch from shower to tub had a little cover on the bottom of it. That little cover has fallen off and now there is just an open hole. I was hoping I could get a replacement knob, but have not heard back from the seller (emailed them on 10/6). Bathroom remodels are very expensive, and honestly, I am very upset that I continue to have issues with this product. It looks very nice, but it has not held up well at all, and it's only been installed for about a month. I am also including a picture of the shower head arm plate that goes on the wall...as you can see it does not stay in place. I am very frustrated with this entire product. I am hopeful that the seller will respond since they were so responsive initially.Original comments below -We just finished remodeling our hall guest bathroom (see before and after pics) and love the way it turned out. We purchased this shower/tub combo and love the modern high end look it has. The pieces are all very sturdy and well made. My plumber commented how easy they were to install. I purchased the 8" shower head and had a question about swapping the arm to the one that comes with the 10" model and customer service was quick to respond! Will be sending me the longer arm. Thank you for your excellent quick resolution to my question. I will be remodeling my daughter's bathroom in a couple of weeks and will be purchasing another one of these (the 10" shower head though). Definitely highly recommend this product! Thank you :)

My son installed this in his home. His wife loves the way it looks. It was very affordable, and looks like I paid much more for it. It is a great way to update your bathroom!

The media could not be loaded.  Overall it works. I skipped installing the hand shower and instead connected that portion to my previous / original shower line.Looking back I wish I purchased something better looking. The diverter valve leaked when I first installed it so I had to work my magic to make it leak proof. I even left the connections exposed for a month while I tested just to make sure it didn’t randomly start leaking again. Also I ended up buying a hot cold sticker since the valve had no indicators.Turns out the hot cold are reversed for me. Probably my fault because I also installed the rain head and hand lines in reverse since the direction of the outlets were already pointing towards those hook ups. I wish they had a different knob I could buy so it displays which one I’m using properly. Luckily the hot cold sticker needed to be upside down so the sticker showes which way to turn for the for hot and cold. I think the original hot cold lines were just reverse since I originally had a single turn for on, off, hot and cold. No big.The one other thing, the 3 way controls are a bit hard lock down into the right positions. It does make a very subtle click noise but it’s so hard to hear and feel unless you have enough silence. When the shower is on, it’s so hard so get it to switch just right at first. You really have to get used to using it to know the sweet spots. Very easy to do it wrong which causes one of the other modes to slightly turn on and waste water/ pressure.For the price I paid it got the job done. Just feels a bit tooo cheap. If I had to do it all over I’d just buy each part individually. Now that i have it all installed I notice the price dropped about $50. I would have given 5 star had I paid closer to $100 for it. Feels like it’s only $125 worth of parts.

Product looks good in box but once you start to install it the instructions are terrible. After I installed, two weeks later the valve started to leak. After contacting Amazon and the product manufacturer about the problem norther of them wanted to help replace and or help fix it.

The shower set arrived in a very nice box, it seems to be good quality. I paid a plumber to install it and it cost me some $$ for the installation. After taking a shower I noticed a little leak at left corner of the shower head, it was not coming from the top (it was tight and secured) but from the corner. Amazon customer service did not give the option to just the shower head but replacement or refund but guess what? They wanted me to uninstall the whole system in order for them to give a satisfactory solution which is not practical to pay the plumber again and pay him again but this time to uninstall it

Should be $100 or less. It does start to rust. And clear coat is peeling. The rainfall extension is extremely short i purchased a longer one from lowes. The water pressure is powerful. I love the handheld portion. I rate it 3 stars.

Very bad product and support. We installed the product then realized it was missing the diverted switch for shower-tub spout as other reviews stated. AVOID this.
