Fortunately he put a front door key under a flower pot outside his entrance. I managed to find the key to get in and then called 911. It is sturdy, well-made, easy to set the code, and big enough to store 3 keys inside. I installed it outside my house and gave the code to our adult children and a trusted friend so that they may get into our house if needed. Additionally, we may even give the code to the emergency personnel to get the key to in if we had an accident inside the house and cannot open the door. In fact, we like it so much that we even bought another one for another entrance door. I also recommended this to some of our friends as well. We thought about chaging the lock to a key-coded lock but at the end we still prefer this instead.

**Q: The lock box I gave as a gift will not open with the 0000 default**
A: We are sorry for the inconvenience, please make sure to perfectly aligned the digits in order to open or set up you code, if that is not working you have a lifetime warranty that cover you in case of a default lock box.

A: it holds a remote phob from2019 5500 dodge fire truck.

**Q: Is it possible to mount this on a stucco wall?**
A: I don’t see why not. It comes with sinkers (anchors)

**Q: Does the order of the digits in the combination matter?  Any reasonable person would think so, but for some competing boxes it doesn’t.**
A: Yes the combination order matter. 
The only combination that will open the lock box will be the one you set up by the order you set it up.
