Worked better than my KT tape

This product is the best thing that I have ever purchased for pain and I’ve tried everything out there and I’ve spent alot of money on all kinds of ointments and creams and nothing worked

Great tape! Have used it to support my knee while nursing a hamstring injury. It has really helped! Recommend cleaning the area where the tape will go first to help it stick better and stay on longer.

I am a former marathon runner with lots of aches and pains. I decided to try this tape because it was so much cheaper than the regular branded version that gave it the name. I have used it on my back, my knee, my hip and my hand and it definitely does the job. I did a comparison with other more expensive brands and could not notice a difference. The only thing that I believe should be included are some instructions as to how to put it on for various ailments. I was able to look it up on YouTube so it was not a problem. However, it would have been nice to have some sort of "instruction" pamphlet so you don't have to go through the trouble to find them on the internet.

I love this tape! I was introduced to it by a therapist at physical therapy. I found out i could get my own and observed how the therapist wrapped the muscle with it and smoothed it down with her hands. I use it mostly on my ankles and knees, which both have issues from an active lifestyle in my twenties and thirties. It sticks well, does not tear my old skin when removing, and supports the muscles well.

As far as KT tape goes this one had by far been superior. It stays stuck with movement and sweat. It doesn't fray on the edges and the fabric feels breathable. It does however not stay on in a swimming pool or shower. That's my only negatives.

Didn't like the adhesive and less thickness.
