The quality is good. A very minor hiccups but the seller dealt with the issue immediately. Very good customer service.Other than that so far the fan is fullly functioning very cooling and give off strong wind

Very cheap material used and not remote control
It took me over 1/2 hour to assemble. Not very good quality. Did not want go higher just kept falling down. Would have sent it back but i bought it for my mother and she was desperate for a fan, so she said she would keep it. I would have not

One of the plugs blew up as soon as it was switched on
We bought 2 fans, the first ones plug blew up as it was turn on and the other is working perfectly so god knows what happened with the first one!
