Prints Great and Works Great
I have used this filament for a combat robot and it worked great. Printing was no issue once I got my settings dialed in and what printed was durable enough to give me a chassis that lasted a tournament run to second place.Printing:The TPU prints great. When you are printing with TPU, you generally only have to worry when you are still getting things dialed in. Once your settings are good, you don’t have to worry too much about the bed adhesion or layer adhesion. Overall, TPU is a decently forgiving material to print with, but only when you have decent settings.Use:In my competition I printed a few chassis and several wheel guards. For this, I needed the chassis to be pretty durable and the wheel guards to do their best at protecting the wheels. Overall, they did great. I didn’t need to replace my chassis once and only replaced 2 wheel guards throughout the whole competition. The material is hard, durable, and great to print with.As a whole, I think this filament is great and well worth the money.

Overture does it again!
I love their filament I primarily use petg, but needed a key of TPU. This stuff rocks and it matches my project! The color is spot on compared to their petg! Great stuff definitely helped to dry it for a few days but after that it worked perfectly!Prints pretty easily! Make sure you dry it for a little bit (12 to 24 hrs minimum) for best results.Stuff was pretty consistent when printing haven't noticed any part of the filament being thicker. Overture has always had good constainty. It's harder on the scale, if youre looking for someting softer ive seen some 92 down to 85 floating around amazon. Keep in mind the softer the filament the harder to avoid jammed or wrapping with your extruder gears. the stiffness is fine for me, my extruder appreciates it! I would love to see some softer versions at some point. It's also super strong I made a few gaskets with it and tried to rip them apart. No go the stuff is super durable!

Excellent Quality, Prints Flawlessly at High Speed
The media could not be loaded. Excellent filament at an affordable price. I print TPU regularly on a Bambu X1C. I order this to decrease print times. It has printed flawlessly every time. I loaded the Generic TPU profile on the Bambu slicer, changed retraction to 1mm, and volumetric speed to 7.2, effectively reducing my print times by over 50%!! I will definitely be ordering this regularly. I have had issues with other TPU filaments getting stuck on the external spool holder (this filament is not AMS compatible), so all tpu prints I do are out of Sovol dryer box. I highly recommend this product!

Stringy but so far so good
I hate overture's cardboard holders, they never sit in my stand without wobbling or leaning.Anyway, it took a while to get the settings right on this thing, basically you need 240 for the first layer, it weirdly has a different volume than normal filament, in that I had to be very close to the bed to get a good first layer. You need at least a 40c bed, mine is garolite with a PVA glue on it. Which is not needed and makes it hard to remove. Or sometimes its the other way around and you need to glue to make it easier to remove. Its weird that way. But it stuck down for the most part. But if cold, not so much. Then I switch it to 220. The biggest problem you will have is your extruder. If there is the smallest of gaps, this stuff will find it. The filament is floppy like wet spaghetti, and a tiny gap will let it back up into the extruder in an instant. I have a BMG clone and it really doesn't like working with it. The pressure wheel has to be just barely tight. Too tight and it backs up. Too loose and it won't move right. I had to print a new extruder to close the gap. Waiting for new bearings to really try that out.On a bowden setup, use a 8.5mm retraction at 40ms. Unless you have a great fan set up, print at 20ms like everyone says to do. It won't stick right sometimes, and I had issues with gap fill not sticking. It does terribly on overhangs if you don't go slow, otherwise 35ms is OK for most things.Flexibility, the first thin layer feels and looks like it came from a rubber medical glove. Thin, see through, and stretchy. Properly done, it will look like a sheet with barely any lines visible and it shouldn't rip. Add a second layer and you won't be able to tear it.Its hard to explain softness, basically its flexible, but the corners are sharp. You have to plan for the right fill for softness. But when the walls are printed thick, its still flexible, so a rubber box might not work the way I thought it would. I printed a wall test and it was inconclusive.

Prints easily and beautifully on my bowden printer!
This is my first time printing TPU on my 3D printer which uses a Bowden tube (Creality K1). I was immediately able to print several calibration cubes without drying the filament (I was too excited and impatient but later dried the filament), and my prints came out good!I use Cura as my slicer. I set the material within the program to default TPU 95A and tweaked the settings according to YouTuber CHEP (he’s very straightforward and doesn’t do flashy tricks like many young YouTubers do). With these settings my calibration cubes had smooth sides and sharp corners No stringing or layers delaminating. I did have some blobs and top surface holes, which turned out to be under-extrusion from low flow settings. So set the flow to 100% to prevent that. The number of walls and infill will affect how tough/squishy your print will be. More walls = tougher print. But generally this TPU is on the harder, rubbery side. Think of it as a tough rubber mat or even one of those big erasers. It’s not fluffy or bouncy like those expensive foaming TPUs that have been popular and selling out lately. I love those filaments but I like the accessibility of regular TPU.I plan on using this TPU to print costume pieces, specifically horns and other delicate, pointy things. It should be able to accept flexible fillers/primers such as DAP Alex Flex, Plastidip or Smooth-On Urecoat.

Great prints
Printing on my Ender 3 SE, I get fantastic quality prints with the correct settings. Color is true, and for the price, its quite a good amount of filament. Easy to load and unclog.

As wet as the ocean
Using it on a Bambu lab X1C without AMS. Results were very poor, probably didn't help that it needed drying for hours before i could get a semi usable print out of it even then results were probably the worst i have ever seen. Overture and amazon basic filiments are the only two I've had real problems with. Im fairly sure this is the same company who used to do the amazon basic filiments.

Bambu AMS
