Don’t Do It!!
I do not have an axe to grind with this company, so please be aware that this review is not based on a bad customer service experience or a personal grudge of any kind. This also applies to ANY and ALL side mounted soft close drawer slides (I have tried multiple brands). I am also a fairly handy person; I have built my own cabinets, furniture, and have loads of construction experience, so this is not based on a newbie being “over their head” in a project. These side mounted slides are just inherently flawed. They are INCREDIBLY difficult and frustrating to install in existing cabinets. They are nearly impossible to get square and level. Once installed, they are “sticky” and unreliable in use. They are also very easily broken in normal day-today use.If you want true, soft closing cabinet drawers like you see in model homes or on TV, you must “bite the bullet” and buy undermount heavy duty slides (Blum or the equivalent). In my previous home, our new cabinet install included a cheap knockoff Blum clone, and they worked beautifully for five years without a single issue. These side mounted slides have been installed in our latest home for less than four months, and less than 25% of them operate properly. 10% of the slides failed upon installation. This was a $500 mistake. This same money would have purchased more than a third of the quality slides I truly needed.Choices:1. Live with the slides you have and install heavy duty drawer bumpers to dampen the slamming sounds.2. Waste hundreds of dollars on these poorly designed, bound to fail side mounted slides.3. Save your money until you can afford quality undermount slides that will operate properly and last for many years.Just don’t go there with these slides!!!

DO NOT BUY - SOFT CLOSE IS WEAK SPOT
After reading the reviews I thought I had found some decent quality tracks. I ordered the pack of 10 pairs. Installed 4 pairs, they all failed. The drawers would not go all the way in. And yes, they were installed correctly. After taking them all apart and inspecting them, it turns out the plastic that is supposed to catch the soft pull part does not catch it. It gets rather stuck and you would either have to force it in there and break the thing or just leave the drawer open. Installed another 4, same issue. Those tracks are trash. I don’t know if it’s a common issue with soft close drawers tracks. Went to lowe’s and got regular drawer slides and they work without any issues.

Not easy to install and still doesn't close right.
Had a guy install this. The fist one came and part of the soft close mechanism was missing, then got the replacement and it seemed fine. But it doesn’t attach at the back and so it moves side to side. But, no matter what the guy did, it would never be straight, the soft close doesn't engage and the thrash cans don’t ever actually close. The only thing good is that the trash cans don’t make a loud bang when it closes anymore ( probably cause it doesn’t actually close).

Too stiff to use
These are almost unusable they are so hard to open. I have hand grips on all of my drawers and not an actual handle. I can't get in the drawers without using both hands, which makes them worthless.I have also already had a pair of slides that broke under less than the weight rating.Edit: Just replaced the slides that failed on the weighted drawer with the drawer empty (it weighs nothing now). Every single ball bearing fell out of one of the replacement slides the second the drawer was pushed into place. You get what you pay for here I guess.

You get what you pay for...
I am replacing all the slides in my kitchen. I'm 4 drawers into the ten I have to repair and already have two bad sets on slides. One slide on one of the drawers doesn't stay on track and could not be used and another slide on another drawer(different package) has a non functioning soft close mechanism. I guess you get what you pay for. Would not buy again and now need to buy something else to replace these. The two stars is for Amazon's prompt delivery and that the package was in perfect condition.

Good, but to hard to open!!!
Very nice seams solid, used to replace existing drawer slides that were not self close perfect replacement. But way to hard to open, 7 yr old had all she could to pull it open. Would be fine for a shop but not for inside your house.

Cheap but you get what you pay for
The media could not be loaded. You have to pull really hard to get them open. After two weeks of use we’ve already had one set “break”. The guides still work but the “soft close” function no longer works.Kind of disappointed overall in them but it’s what we ordered and what we had so we went ahead and use them.

Do not buy these.
They are so cheaply made that the soft close does not work. Spend a couple dollars more for anything else. They are so bad that you can even let them roll back like normal (not soft close). Theses should be labeled as NO CLOSE. RUN AWAY FROM THIS BRAND
