Dear team regards, the product in question is not meeting my requirement and I have requested the return and it was within the stipulated time window i e till 2nd December but it is being informed that the window closed on 2nd December, to me if 2 nd December is mentioned it should include 2nd December With warm regards Mahesh Kumar
