It’s a low grade cat 8 but it’s better than the cat6

Ran CAT7-A through entire home for home network with 1gb connection from xfinity at a 8ms ping time. Used these as patch cables for 10gbe network switch. Have NO issues at all! Even fixed an issue withy PC where I only ever got 850mb download speed with one of the cat7 cables I had and it maxed out at 1126mb replacing it with one of these, "Pretty close to 1gb". Also did standerd continuity test on cables and all showed correct pairs with sheilding intact. Over all great product for the price. If you have an issue with one cable, may be a manufacturing defect that happens. Only thing I do not like is these are 26 gauge wire where my cat7A is 22 gauge and certified to 1500mhz at10gbs. But if these are certified to cat8, 40gbs at 2000mhz, then can't really complain.

There are many options when it comes to CAT cables so why did I go with this one. I have to be honest and say that the speed per dollar simply met my price point. I did not expect the quality to be so good. I use them hoping to increase data transfer between the modem and a 24 port network switch. I also branch off for eero WiFi and a Vonage phone adapter. I am seeing a substantial increase in network speed and they have also reduced system re-sets. A robust and very nice product.

My wifi speeds DOUBLED after using this from the modem to the router instead of the CAT5-e that the cable company gave.I also ran one from the router to my Xbox and the speeds increased over 100mbs compared to CAT5-e. It also lowered ping considerably. From 48-60ms ping down to 24-31ms ping for EA game servers.

I am running cat8 throughout my house and figured it was easier to buy patch cables than to make them. I'm happy with the purchase. Although I didn't pull them apart to verify how they are made, they seem to be high quality. I'll be purchasing more when I need to expand.

Perfect to replace old cat 5e cables. We had too much noise coming through our lines, so I went and replaced all cables. I used these to set up the modem, router, switch and the other IOT devices.

Patch cords were thicker, a pleasant surprise considering the price point.Not disappointed, what more do I say, they’re patch cords.The look and feel to it is a great product.As I expand, I will be purchasing more.
