These mats are easy to clean, look nice out on the counter, and protect my countertops from heat, scratches, and stains. I liked them so well in the kitchen that I even use one in the bathroom on my vanity to protect from makeup stains and hot hair appliances. I really liked the smaller ones so much that I purchased the larger mat as well. It worked great under my double hot plate and the multi-function toaster oven. Clean up is so easy, too. Just wipe or put it in the sink for a quick wash, and it’s ready to stay out in the counter or place it back in the bag and stow it away. I use mine so much that I keep it on the island’s countertop so it’s always ready for those hurried sandwich makers. Great product!

If your expecting these to block all heat, they won't. They will protect your counter top from getting scorched. which is what I purchased them for, but the counters do get fairly warm underneath the mat. I use mine all the time and bought two more to use as mats on our night stands for water spills and such. I would recommend these

I recently bought a bread machine and when it’s in stir mode moves a bit, so I decided I needed something that would hold it in place. These silicone mats are large and definitely hold things in place. My bread machine now doesn’t move at all. They are super easy to clean as well.

I have cheap laminate countertops and have burned my counters already by laying hot items on them. I was concerned because I recently got a crockpot and it sits very low on the counter. I read that silicone mats can be used under hot items since they are heat resistant. I now have peace of mind that the surface of the counters are protected.

We use these daily to help protect our marble counters. Easy to store. Easy to clean.

Great size but very thin. I feel like it would melt if I placed a hot pan on it.
