Wow- I was recommended this product by a nutritionist I’m working with on my gastro issues. This stuff is amazing! I am 51 yrs old and have ALWAYS had painful periods. For the first time in all my adult life I had a cycle where it snuck up on me AND I HAD NO PAIN! I knew this product could alleviate a range on problems. It def had worked on my bloating in my abdomen but when I had NO symptoms with my period, I was blown away! Highly recommend giving this a try it you’ve looked at most traditional methods without relief.

I got this item for use with an inflamed hip joint, and with physical therapy and use of this product, I am feeling better.

I love the ease of use just to sleep on it. I am very happy that the oil is organic.

I just started using the pack about 5 days ago, can’t really tell if this really works just yet. Maybe when I get bloodwork done in a couple of months? I did find the stomach pack to be very uncomfortable, thats why I deducted a star. The elastic was very thick, hard and uncomfortable. I removed it the 2nd day and sewed a much thinner, softer elastic and it feels fine now. I thought I would try this for 6 months and see if there is truly a health benefit or just the old west “medicine man snake oil” Will write another review at that time. I did watch the video of Dr. Merisol on Dr. Pompa utube iPod and she was quite convincing. I am also trying on my eyebrows. Will write another review in the future to let everyone know how I make out Hopeful!

It’s good and it’s organic

I don't know if it's the case that the folks complaining about not noticing any difference or the castor oil pack was too pricey have visited Dr. Marisol's website (eg, there's an important reason why it comes in a glass and not a plastic bottle). We are so incredibly acclimated to getting a quick fix .. a magic drug, diet, or piece of equipment, and if it doesn't work immediately, move on to the next thing. Many of the things from which we as a culture suffer are due primarily to poor diet, lack of exercise, and way too much traditional western medicine. Little has caused more trouble than long term use of pharmaceuticals that might not have been needed at all if we took better care of ourselves. MY issues stem from broad spectrum antibiotic overuse as a teen - for acne, which was the going thing at the time. I won't bother you with additional western medicine insults, but I also unnecessarily lost half my thyroid to a knife happy vascular surgeon. I've spent thousands of dollars on traditional and alternative remedies over the last 50+ years trying to fix my gut and support what thyroid I have left. THIS .. THIS incredibly easy and comparatively inexpensive fix for many of my issues is a damn miracle, and I'm sorry I didn't know about this protocol 30 or 40 years ago. If you tried it for a night or two, or a week or three, and haven't noticed any improvement, let me alert you to the reality of alternative remedies. They take longer. AND you're dealing with things that have likely been messed up for decades .. you only became aware of them when external things began to make themselves known. You aren't going to fix this stuff in a week, or a month. The upside is that this protocol is not going to cause issues that will require you to take something additional to fix the side effects caused by it. This protocol, if used correctly, long term, will slowly make a huge difference in your health, in multiple ways. If, however, your diet and lifestyle are such that your behavior is seriously counter to this protocol, don't expect this to be an overnight success. It may help going forward, but cleaning up a diet of highly processed pseudo food, developing even a minor exercise routine (just walk!), learning to pay attention to your body and what it's telling you, will ALL assist in making this $60 purchase one of the best you've ever made. In the interim, search for Dr. Marisol on YouTube and watch some of her videos on how this protocol works, and how to properly use the castor oil pack to effect the best outcome. You're on the right track .. just keep going.

Castor Oil packs are amazing!!! They heal and improve your body. I had a digestive issue that was even stumping doctors. But when I started using this it got better almost instantly!!! Read up on the benefits of castor oil from everything to digestion, endometriosis, liver function, the lymphatic system, your immune system and more. These are all things that ultimately affect health of the entire body- so castor oil packs are pretty amazing. This particular pack is pretty good. There is not way around it being messy, but this pack (I have found) is the least messy of them all and the product is good quality.

I have suffered from gastroparesis for most of my existence (no diabetes). I started using castor oil packs about 2 years ago. For those unaware of gastroparesis, it is a paralyzed stomach the short story.I received the Queen of the Thrones castor oil pack as a gift.(As someone who was using the other kind with the wool flannel.)This is the Ferrari of castor oil packs.It isn't messy, I don't have to worry about my bedding. Most of all this castor oil is some kind of magic. I am so thrilled with this product & I highly suggest it to anyone who's suffering as I am. This is working I've been on every medication with no success.(Dr. Marisol thank you from the bottom of my heart.) Not all castor oil is the same.

While this is pricey , I will wash and reuse the pack numerous times .The detox has helped with headaches , bloat , and my anxiety. I have used this 5 nights and sleep with it all night .The pack is comfy I don’t notice it at all after a few mins. Not messy at all .Pleasantly surprised and thrilled . So why it is expensive I would highly recommend. The bottle of castor oil is quite large and the pack is washable .Would def purchase again

This is extremely easy to use and takes the mess out of using castor oil packs. I love it and I highly recommend. Could also make your own to replace pad when it wears out. Its a great design and is very comfortable to sleep in
