KentRetro Boy's Bike

Stated that the box was not original, but the pedals were missing. That was not what is was expecting.

The media could not be loaded.  So I got this 14 inch bike for 4 yr son who is in between bike sizes (12”-16”) because of his age and height. I also bought the bike because of Kent’s reputation as a manufacturer.Basically the problem is that the bike came with a sticky wheel and I don’t have the special tools to open the bike up and re jig the freewheel to fix the issue. At least that is what my research and a youtube troubleshooting video showed me.Before posting this negative review, I made sure that the chain was not coming into contact with anything and there was no excessive grease or muck slowing down the free spinning of the wheel. As the video shows when the child rides the bike, the spinning wheel has extra tension making biking not fun at all.

The handle bars keep coming off! Anyone else have this problem?

i thought the bike was nice especially for the price. my son loves it. the wheel was a little slow but i loosened the nuts a hair. and also sprayed some oil into the bearings of the rims and on the chain. this bike was easy to assemble and was a good buy for my son
