It’s good supplement for vitamin b12 deficiency.

Also, the product feels quite expensive for what it offers. The packaging looks basic and doesn’t give a premium feel, especially considering the high price. I follow palak notes and her pieces of advice for the betterment of my health. I got to know about this particular product by palak notes and I thought of giving it a try and to my astonishment its really doing wonders to my body. It's like a health supplement. the changes m noticing after having it twice daily since a week now are 1. high energy in the morning 2. fatigue in day time office hours has considerably decreased 3. also backaches while PMSing has also reduced considerably.
