I love this dropper dispenses dose..it is flavored slightly orange..I call it my sunny orange vitamin D..It brought my vitamin d levels up the fastest of all other forms..And wow what a impact on mood...I also started. Magtein.. L- threanate..The only magnesium that is thought by testing crosses the brain barrier?Between the combo, I feel so much better..from someone with chronic fatigue I found myself walking 4 miles off to nearest walmart..this is a biggy for me I have walked half that in 11 years!

I really like taking my D3 this way versus a big pill or capsule. It is pleasant tasting and according to my blood D3 levels, is working.

I love that you can get a liquid Vitamin D so inexpensively! I do take K2 separately in a multi vitamin because you should also take K2 - this has no taste and my levels have been improving!

This sunny Vitamin D is so helpful to me living in gray rainy Pacific Northwest weather! Paying attention is always an effort for me, and this helps bring my thinking into focus a little bit better.
