The best muscle soreness rub there is!
It's icy hot on steriods! You need to have a little sweat going or use after a shower. Just wait about 10-15mins, otherwise you will be on fire. Nothing better for stiff and sore muscles though!

Bottle half the size - very expensive
5 stars because this stuff is magic. But pls note these bottles are half the normal size but just a few bucks less than the 120ml - don’t get duped like I just did.

It works!
I’m a retired Marine and still do light work outs. My husband is also retired and golfs. Our son works out and trains Muay Thai - we all use and love this product.
