The Skar Audio EVL-65 D2 6.5-inch dual 2 ohm subwoofer was designed to be the most responsive, powerful, and efficient 6.5" subwoofer on the market. Don't be fooled by the size, the EVL-65 is one monster of a subwoofer, featuring a 2" pure copper voice coil, and a powerful 39 Oz single slug ferrite motor. The small size of this driver allows it to be very versatile, and can be used in a variety of applications where adding a woofer might not otherwise be possible. Conservatively rated at 200 watts RMS Power, and 400 watts max power. Dual 2-ohm voice coil. Sensitivity: 83.1 dB, Fs: 61 Hz, Xmax: 6.25mm one-way. Subwoofer Mounting Depth: 3.561", Subwoofer Cut-Out Diameter: 5.826".

**Q: Can I power one of the 6.5 inch ones with 600w rms?**
A: yes, easy if its a 1 channel, just look at your amps power ratings @ ohms, match our speakers ohms to the power desired. if your amp puts out 600 rms at 2 ohm,  it should do 300 at 4 ohm so get the dual 2 ohm and wire it for 4 ohms and its only 100 watts overpowered, which is about perfect. if its 600 at 4 ohm and 300 at 8 ohm get the dual 4 ohm and wire it for 8 ohms. 
if its a 2/4 channel that gets more complicated. i dont think i have the characters available to explain bridging.

A: Did you use these in your Camaro was looking at the. For my WS6 my sail panel speakers are blown trying to find a 2ohm 6.5 is not easy

**Q: Would 2 of these fit door panels in a 2012 Chevy Suburban?**
A: I’d your looking for bass yeah I have these on my sons Tacoma because there isn’t a clean way to hook up a sub box. I put one on the left one on the right , with a alpine older sub amp. I if you aren’t putting them into the actual metal on the door. Use nut and bolt screws and make sure they are tight into the door panel. Under power them a little. His truck was rounded out perfectly. I used a kicker line out box with remote turn on tapped into radio. And hook up the line out box to both left and right speakers , some people with use one side , but your adding 2 separate speakers. If you want to be more adjustable use a loc with crossover or eq built in

A: I have 10g wires and it good but you can use 8,10, or 12

I recently installed the Skar Audio EVL-65 D2 6.5" 400 Watt subwoofer in my 2015 Lexus CT200h factory subwoofer box, and although I'm not experiencing its full potential, I can still appreciate its capabilities. Please note that my review is based on my specific setup limitations, but I believe this speaker has great potential when paired with the right amplifier. First and foremost, the installation process was a breeze. The speaker fit perfectly in my factory subwoofer box, making it a seamless upgrade. The build quality of the Skar Audio EVL-65 D2 is evident, with its sturdy construction and durable components. It is clear that this speaker is built to last. Now, onto the sound.
