Great taste, max convenience
Great for feeding crew on an offshore race. Just boil in the bag, eat from the bag, no mess. Always a favourite.

Tikkalicious.
I poured the contents into a saucepan and initially it had the aroma of mulligatawny soup.....it was quite a thin looking sauce and there was a large piece of chicken in it!I heated it slowly over a medium heat to start with, the mulligatawny scent dissipated and the “tikka” aroma wafted upwards, the sauce also started to thicken nicely! The actual chicken piece started to disintegrate a little...not an issue at all....next time I will dice a chicken breast fillet, stir fry it and add to this meal.Once the meal was heated thoroughly I decided to eat it with no other additions, it tasted very nice with a slight kick afterwards, really nice! Definitely one item I will use often...as a dish on its own or as a base for a larger meal.Definitely recommended!!

No Big Chunks
Look what we found meals have always been good quality, but I found these a bit too spicy for my tastes. The pieces of chicken are very small and 250g of curry isn't enough for a growing lad.If you can take wet food with you when you go camping or hiking, these meals make a much better alternative to the ridiculously expensive dried meals. So perhaps 4 stars would have been fairer if that is what you are planning.

Quality and Recipe Has Changed
I ordered boxes of these regularly over the last few years as my family really liked them, great flavour and good quality - lots of chicken pieces. The most recent boxes have been totally different, different flavour and hardly any meat - the meat that was there was tiny pieces of 'grey' meat. Really disappointed and hoping the old recipe makes a come back

Massive price increase!
A box of Chicken Tikka meals have increased to a whopping £36.60 from the £23.88 they were in November of 2021. A rip off. I certainly won't be ordering these again unless the price is reduced to a more reasonable figure.

Microwave: Cut off top of pouch, heat in microwave (category E - 850W) for 2 minutes or until hot. Hob: Empty contents into saucepan. Heat gently and stir occasionally.
