Had issues with my yellow clogged on a Epson Ecotank. Was able to clean it out and print quality was like new again. It is messy but you're cleaning ink, it's going to be. i would purchase again to clear up issues

My faithful Epson WF-7520 suddenly developed problems with two colors and I could not resolve it with the usual head cleaning option on the printer. I had tried another head cleaner kit from a different company on a different printer with poor results, so I wasn't expecting great results with this one but I bought it as I really needed to revive the printer.Happily it worked quite well and the printer cleaned up 100%. Only a few things kept me from five star ratings.1) It tells you to use blotting paper but there isn't any included, nor any instructions as to what can be used. Another review said to use paper towels and it did work here as well.2) The instructions weren't all that clear on how to attach to the printhead - a YouTube video to the rescue.They should address those issues to make it easier for novices. Other than that I'm happy and will keep it in a drawer for any future emergencies.

It really did the job. My epson printer sat for a couple of weeks and the printheads were clogged. I used this product to flush and then let it sit overnight. Next day, with just one printhead cleaning, the job was done.

I was getting some streaky lines on my yellow and cyan with poor mixing (greens) so I decided rather than buy a new printhead for the same price as a new printer, I'd spend a few bucks to try and see if flushing it would helpWhile it certainly did flush out the ink, it sadly made the cyan MUCH worse than it was before. instead of one or two streaks, it now has so many streaks in it, it looks interlaced with white.Yellow was unaffected :\ I'll update the review in case it's something like air in the ink bladder but.. we'll see.

For this operation you need a syringe, a small, tube solution and a blotter at the bottom to collect the cleaning solutions. The blotter was missing in the kit that I received, so I had to find something that can work as a blotter. I was able to do the job so I have to give it a few stars. however, it would have been nice if the kit was complete.

The product was easy to use and solved my problem--although I will probably have to buy another print head, due to long term lack of use. Anyway, it's amazing how much gunk was dissolved with the solution!

It’s was supposed to be used to clear my printer from clogs. It was easy to use! I believe it just wasn’t the right cleaning product for my printer it still won’t print the blue ink.I have a epson 2827

this product saved the clogged blue jet, but could not save the black even with several cleanings several days in a row. it is not the cleaners fault. i should have just changed the inkjet head but i was pressed for time. and tried to just use a cleaner. it did improve the output of the black inkjet, but not enough to print law documents for me and my wife, if you stop using your inkjet printer it clogs...if you store your laser printer its fine, end of story.

Easy to use and effective.

Tried the product to see if it would improve my canon black print head where the print quality had deteriorated. The product was easy to: use but unfortunately did not improve the black print. The print head was worn and needed replacement. I purchase a new canon with 2 cartridge system, but in hindsight should have tried replacing the print head instead. The two cartridge printer requires more cartridge replacement with smaller reservoirs.

Followed the Youtube videos for cleaning my printer printing heads. This product was cheaper than those advertised in the videos and worked perfectly. My printer works great!

Good but the bottle does not seal properly and all the liquid ended up in the box. The user manual and the box are ruined and no more liquid left in the bottle after only one use. At least the rest can still be used.

it works great, i have issue with my printer canon ip100, black color doesn’t print. after i used this product. it works and print again. just check youtube videos on how to use this product.
