I absolutely love Fitbit Charge 4. Just the right size for me. This is a great buy, but I'm having to replace this refurbished one and will purchase a brand new one. It's very easy to use. Now you have to pair with a Google account. The sleep information is very helpful

This was a replacement for my watch that had a cracked screen. Looked great, packaging looked new, everything worked until I tried to charge it. It took 6 overnight charges to finally reach 100%. The problem I have is the watch will not hold a charge longer than 1.5 days. It sucks having to charge EVERY night to be effective. My previous watch needed a weekly charge. I called tech support and the return line - what a joke! I got a call center where I could hear the next two conversations better that the one I was on. I got nowhere! DO NOT BUY a refurbished item from this seller

I was diagnosed with afib. This permits me constant status of my heart rate. The band wears out about once a year so I keep a replacement on hand. After about five years the connection on the watch to the band broke and I needed a new one.

This is my second Charge 4 Fitbit and I really like it. I can track my fitness, my heartrate as well as my sleep the list goes on. This new one fits quite well. The band was kind of small for my hand, so I fit a little larger band on that I had from my old Fitbit. The setup was quite straight forward. You have to upload the App onto your phone then sync the watch to your phone. Patience is needed with the setup, it takes a little while. It also takes a while to charge the watch initially. So far I am happy with this new watch.

Had an Iwatch and went back to fit bit. Gives you lots of info and easy to use. Interacts well with fitness pal app. Iwatch I had some many issue with connectivity that it wasnt worth the effort.

This item clearly did not have any kind of quality inspection. Because if it did, it would have been obvious that the display would become so dim as to be illegible (especially outdoors) shortly after charging. This product should never have been allowed to have been sold. I'm all for refurbishing products as long as they actually work. This seller should not be allowed to sell this product if they can't provide one that lacks basic functionality.

Has the same problem as other fitbits, the band will break at the watch and is unrepairable. Lucky there's a solution with different bands where you can just put them in the holder of the band and not have to attach the band with hardware. It's a good exercise watch, but that weakness is a major issue for something so expensive. I'll go with something else whenever this one dies.

This is a replacement. Hubby wanted the same kind he has for a few years. But we are having a difficult time to get it synced with his phone. Since we did not purchase it at our phone store they will not help us.

This is my 3rd Fitbit Charge 4. To my mind, it's the best one that the cimpany has made. At least for my purposes: hrs of sleep - this still needs to be adjusted, it starts my sleep around 3 am almost every morning and so I have to remember to write what time I'm going to sleep to correct it later. Other functions suit me fine.

Electronically, the watch works. However within a month the strap has broken. The connections that are usually on the middle section have come off and I can no longer connect the strap to the watch..

Terrible product, plastic piece for the band to attach broke off within 6 months.

Everything is great I set her up with the replacement watch and she never lost her history of walks and sleeps, etc. I configured it for her as her past watch so all is good!
