Aussie Crushable Mesh Breezer, Green, XX-Large

This hat is exactly what I needed. It arrived on time and in perfect condition. I work on roadways in Louisiana all through the year, and to say it gets hot is an understatement. So I finally decided to give the mesh wide brim hats a try. I have a leather Aussie styled hat that I wear when weather permits, but in the unrelenting summer heat I needed a hat that kept the sun off my face and neck, but also allowed my melon head to breath a little too. This hat does exactly that! Even the slightest of breezes is felt (almost to the point of not realizing it's being worn) but with the benefit of not having the sun beaming down making you pray for winter. It has held up well too. Having put it through the ringer with wind, rain, and sun bleaching, I've seen no signs of inferior materials. All that to say, if you're looking for a summer hat for fishing, working, or anything else outdoors related, and the heat index is a tad on the high side, GET THIS PUPPY!

What a great hat for the price. I see very little difference from the one sold by the hat company that starts with a “T” and is over half again as much money. A large fits my 23” head.I had a some questions before purchase so Icalled Henschel. I spoke to Adam who was extremely helpful and friendly. He answered all of my questions and told me to call back if I had anymore. Feel good about a local company and buying products MADE IN USA! Even though temps are now in the 90s, cold weather will be here sooner than later. I’m sure I’ll be giving Adam a call for a winter hat. Thank you.

This is the second hat like this that I have ordered for my husband. He wears it while golfing. He has a size 8-1/4 hat size, and this one fits him and is comfortable. That is rare.

My hubby has a large head and we have trouble finding an 8 in hat sizes. He loves the look and the mesh to keep him cool here in the summer months. p.s. I love the look of the hat on him too!

I am not normally a hat wearer but needed one to keep the sun off my head and face. This one works great as it has plenty of ventilation and doesn’t get all sweaty. Plus, it looks decent and has some degree of crush resistance.

Got rained on and holds it shape well when dry.

I saw some comments about the hat being crushed as all get out. Mine came in pristine condition. The box was the perfect size and they put the hat topside down into a hat mold, so it didn't move around during transit. Really nice delivery and it came early too.As for the hat itself, it's very clean and sleek looking. I've pinched the crest just the way I like it, and it wears nicely. Good air flow, color and material, and nice fit. I'd definitely recommend this as a nice substitute for the usual "big floppy sun hats."
