Excellent Umbrellas and Outstanding Customer Service!
I bought 5 umbrellas from this brand about three months ago — two for my sisters who are going for the Hajj pilgrimage this year, one large one for home use, and two for myself and my son. All the umbrellas are excellent. They are elegant, lightweight, and look very nice. We've been using them regularly and are very satisfied with their performance. One of the umbrellas got stuck in the middle about two weeks ago. I reached out to the company via email, and I was genuinely impressed by their prompt and professional response. They asked for a video and the invoice, and once I provided those, they replaced the faulty umbrella without any hassle. I truly appreciate their honesty and the way they take care of their customers. These are responsible and trustworthy businesspeople, and I highly recommend both the product and the factory behind it. Thank you for such a great experience!

We delicate product. It not survive one rainy season. Inside plastic material should be of metal instead of plastic. If it so then it would be great product. Other quality are good. But my money are wasted.

Doesn’t withstand winds
Didn’t stand in winds of our Goa monsoon. Broke. Where as sun brand umbrella I’d used before last for three years of everyday use, in sun or rain. Will buy Sun brand again.
