Easy Yoga For Everything With Peggy Cappy

I got one of Peggy Cappy's DVDs from the library and liked it so much that i ordered the "Easy Yoga for Everything" 10-disc set. After reading the reviews, I was concerned about how I was going to get the DVDs out of the case. It was easy once I figured out that I needed to get underneath all the discs with my fingers and then lift them out all at once from the bottom up. Needless to say, I'm putting each one in their own separate case so that I can easily choose whichever one I want to use at the time. It would have been nice to have had a case that I could store them in together and still be easy to remove whichever one I wanted without having to remove them all each time.

Would have given this a 5 Star but the Disc case was difficult to use. The exercise Discs are perfect for a senior like me

Peggy Cappy is a wonderful, thoughtful teacher. She's perfect for a senior citizen like me!!! I felt stretched and energized after going through the very first video. You can do the videos in any order, which makes it very easy to satisfy all your needs

This video is really good for easing into yoga--anyone can do it. And, I really do notice more flexibility and less pain and stiffness.

I liked that it was easy to follow. Her directions and visuals are very helpful

First let me say that the 10 set video set, “Easy Yoga For Everything With Peggy Cappy”, are wonderful. I had borrowed the 10 video set from our local library and liked them so much that I decided to buy the set from Amazon. The videos themselves deserve a 5++ star rating. They are especially good for a beginner or older person. The reason I am giving them only 3 stars is the terrible packaging that they came with. The library set had the videos separated onto plastic pages as one would expect with multiple DVDs, especially with a set of 10. The ones that are sold on Amazon have the videos stacked on a spindle. See the photo. The videos are quite hard to remove and you have to almost pry them off the spindle. Since this is a set of videos that will be used on a regular basis they will most likely get scratched or even broken because they are so hard to get off the spindle the way they are nested together.

Would rate a 5 except for case that others have complained about. Its impossible to get discs off spindle. But with needle nose pliers (padding for discs to prevent damage) you can twist off the offending 3 tabs off the spindle and file any sharp edges of removed tabs and your ready to go in a few minutes.

I admire Peggy Cappy so much. It's great that she shares her gift of health and caring for others.She is the Best!
