I've bought probably 20 12V Mean Well drivers for LED lighting ranging from this 60W version to 320W metal ones used for landscape lighting without one failure over the last 5 years. I will never buy a landscape transformer in a big expensive box again but will use Mean Well drivers. I have bought cheaper no-named brand drivers that have failed.Red/black are for the low voltage side and blue/brown is the 120V side with blue = white (neutral) and brown = black (hot).Note that running long wire runs and/or many led tape lights, you'll need to run heavier gauge wire. For many tape light rolls, the heavier gauge wire should have drops every to every two 5M rolls. I had to use 6 gauge stranded wire to power around 200' of SMD 5050 tape lights to avoid voltage drop. You cannot connect all tape light rolls together to get any voltage towards the end of a long run. Two 5M rolls might be the limit.

Bought this to power under cabinet LED lights. Cant speak for longevity yet but worked good for couple hours i ran them during testing!!Brown wire goes to Black Romex WireBlue goes to White Romex wireI will update this review if i ever have any issues.

Great inexpensive power supplies for led modules.

Reliable and reasonably priced. Meanwell is always a good bet.
