OXO Good Grips Contoured Mess-Free Pepper Grinder, Adjustable Ceramic Grinder with Five Settings, Black Pepper Mill for Home and Kitchen, Spice Tool and Kitchen Gadget

I bought this grinder for a few reasons: 1) cost effective, 2) size, it fits on the open shelf where I keep my spices and salt cellar, 3) adjustable grind size, 4) ceramic blade that grinds consistently and doesn’t rust (I live in a humid area), and 5) the positioning of the grind function and the grinder’s resting position. Specifically for reason # 5, the grind function of the blade is on top, so the grinder doesn’t rest with the grind blade down on the surface you set it down on—less mess; and the other component of the grind function, the part you turn, is the base of the grinder, which is easy to use when the unit is tipped upside down during grinding; it also is not the same component as the blade, like some cheap plastic grinders you can buy in the spice aisle at the grocery store, which combine the turn feature and the blade both in the plastic lid. This grinder is easy to use, cost effective, efficient, tidy. Super pleased with this purchase. It came stocked with peppercorns already which I didn’t know, but was a nice touch.

Nice functional product. This is the easiest pepper grinder to fill. It opens up and gives you a good size opening. It is also very easy to use. Love it, best pepper grinder I’ve owned. Only thing that would improve it for me is a slightly smaller grind. I have this for awhile and it is holding up very well.

Works great and does what it’s supposed to do. Easy to turn/grind, and looks/feels sturdy. I like that the grinder is on the top, not bottom, so no more flakes of pepper all over the counter or table. It also comes filled with peppercorns which is a plus. I have yet to refill it so I can’t comment about that, but overall it’s a nice grinder that I hope lasts a long time.

Decent pepper grinder, produces decent volume and grind size matches the selection gauge. I do find it a bit awkward to use, as the grip is a bit on the small side for me to really hold and torque the grinding mechanism. It is easy to load new peppercorns, and is well constructed. I would say it does represent good value for the money.

Rarely leave reviews but this Oxo pepper grinder was exceptional. Good capacity, comfortable in the hand, easy to fill and select grind size from powder to boulder. Was so impressed that I also bought the Oxo salt grinder with the same favourable result.

This pepper grinder fits my needs perfectly! Simple to use with arthritis and hand issues. The five grind settings are excellent, really nice for different uses. Love the ceramic blade for no rusting, its so easy to fill, and no mess with the grind part on the top. I've been using it over 6 months now, and find it to be an excellent value.

I accidentally bought this and almost returned due to the price. Glad I kept it as it's better made than others. The "rubber" grip makes it easy to use, especially if you have troubled hands. The bonus is adjusting the ground size without guessing. Would highly recommend

I'm a cook at a country club, and needed a new grinder for pepper. Durable, grinds very well with multiple different sizes. It's lightweight and gets the job done.

Good quality pepper mill. The twisting mechanism feels solid and robust. Adjustable grind size, although the difference between the "fine" setting and the "course" setting isn't as big as I expected. The amount of pepper that you get per "twist" is decent enough for my home cooking. If you need to grind A LOT of pepper, you might find it a bit on the slower side. The removable top section, where you refill the peppercorns can be a bit tricky to get off, especially if you've over-tightened it. Overall i'm very satisfied with the look, quality and feel of this product.

High quakity product. It is a bit pricey but it is well worth it.

We got this on special offer and highly worth it. Comes with prefilled black pepper. I love the course/ fine adjustment. It's a pity that the salt version is much pricier - would have loved to own that s well recommended product
