Very useful resistance bands
Used the bands to add resistance to my vertical leg press. Worked just fine.

Warm up resistance band
Many people use these for pull-ups but I use it to warm up and I really like it! It’s good thick material and does the job! Long band so I have to wrap it in my hands but I know I’m not using it for what it’s meant for so I don’t mind!

Last order placed on October 4th 2023, band broke yesterday Nov 28, 2023.
Seemed to be quite robust. We're thinking of ordering spares. We're ordering spares now but we have had two of these bands break after a fairly short time (55 days). We exercise 6 times a week and the bands are part of our workout. We may need to try another brand if they break after such a short time again.
