Rusted after 3 years use.
Bought and had this radiator professionally installed 3 yrs ago & it has disappointingly RUSTED (see pic). Got back in touch with the company, who I thought would help me out, but they said that this was a “normal situation after a long time use”. And they suggested that I just paint over the rust.In my opinion 3 years is not a “long time use”. Indeed this is the newest radiator in my house and is the only one that is showing any rust.They told me paint wasn’t covered in the warranty and the only thing they could do to help was to offer me a 15% discount for a new one.I will not be buying from here again, if it is in their words “normal” for this to happen to their radiators.I will be buying elsewhere!

Very efficient but fitting easily adjustable thermostats would be advisable unless you like it hot!
This was purchased for my landing after installing the double column version in my hall. They both pump out a lot of heat and would service a much larger hall than mine. Love them, although the single one has a gap at the back, as the brackets throw it away from the wall... the space looks a little odd if viewed from the side (as I do on my landing) as if the brackets are too deep. Perhaps I’m too fussy, but the double is smarter and much hotter.

Leaking, poor quality
Radiator was installed in August and today I have noticed this little bubble with water inside on one of the panels.... Amazon do not offering replacement but they will collect it. They advised to buy another one and I did as pipes are build in the wall and I need exactly the same size. Fingers crossed will last longer. They look great but quality is as you see on the picture.
