Brilliant kit, worked for me and my elderly parent who gets blocked ears regularly. Used bicarb of soda in warm water, gently slooshed into ear using bottle and tube attachment. Left to soak in few mins, then repeated. Bits started coming out on their own with mine, Dad's needed bit of help so used small light provided & tiny plastic scrape tool - worked so well. For v. Blocked ears, do this several times thru the day & bits should start coming out eventually - don't need pressure, just gentle dribbling to get water to inside of ear to soften wax. Didn't use metal tools in kit - maybe too sharp? Also has bowl to catch water, cloth, cotton buds, 2 tube attachments & plastic scrape tool as well as metal. I also used with pencil camera to see what was in ear first. Dave's going to Doc's every few months!

Absolutely worked - which I wasn’t expecting, we had treated the ears for a week before hand with olive oil and bicarbOnly 4 stars as the instructions are shocking and I’ve got an array of others bits which I have no idea what they are for!!

Before buying this product, I’d tried everything to unblock my ear, which caused almost deafness for 4 weeks, this was my last Hope before heading to my GP. OMG!! I’m rarely gobsmacked, how can such a simple piece of kit work perfectly, first time, after just a few seconds. It did, I can hear again, but only because the squirter ejected a huge amount of ear wax into the little bowl (it was quite disgusting), but I’ve never been so happy to be able to hear again. If you have a blocked ear, due to excess wax, don’t even hesitate to buy this product, it works!!

Hard to use alone

Great product and works really well, my ear was blocked for three days and tried everything and different remedies. Filled the bottle with warm water only, squirted water in using half the bottle and blockage gone, great to hear againRecommend highly

Bottle spray did not work. Had to buy my own bottle. After using for 2 days no difference with ears

This is a fab product my daughter had very hardened wax in her ears tried everything the dr suggested to get it to soften but didn’t work. Within a few minutes of pumping warm water into my daughters ears the wax came straight out 😊 very happy
