EXVENT PW Louvered Exhaust Vent

Got this to add a/c to my garage with one of those stand-up a/c units. It fit my vinyl siding perfectly and matched the white very well. Nice clean look compared to the on top of the siding ones. I will say the tube is a bit short if you have 2x6 construction and rigid foam on the outside but fit good for my 2x4 walls with no exterior insulation.

Bought this vent to replace a similar vent that was failing because the flaps were bent and wouldn't close anymore. I planned to replace just the flaps between the new/old, but the vent was an exact match and I was able to pop the cover off the new vent and replace the original vent cover in a matter of a couple of minutes.

Searched everywhere to replace the vent cover for my dryer vent. I did not want to go through the time and hassle and finding and installing a totally new vent system that would have required removal and replacement of siding. Luckily this worked perfectly. While I now have extra parts, as other reviewers has said I just snapped off the old vent cover and snapped this new one on. Took under a minute. Saved us money. If you have a snap off vent this is for you.

The product was good probably could uses some instructions but overall good quality and works good.

Bought this because it was hard to find this style. While I needed a different color, you literally can't seem to find this style anymore. It snapped right on my preexisting base.

If your house was built in the 90’s then this was likely used on your home. We had a louver missing and I bought 3 other ones before finding this one. They are a perfect replacement. If you just replace the louvers you’ll notice the old/new a little bit it wasn’t hard to replace the old one. The old one has the siding flange built on to the vent where as the new one has the siding flange and vent as a clamshell so you can pull it apart and then the snap back together

This Alcoa louvered dryer exhaust vent was a perfect match for my white (off-white, really) vinyl siding, both in color and size. This vent is two pieces (the J block that is nailed to the wood siding and the outer, louvered cover). I did not even have to use the J-block. I just popped out the old, damaged outer part and popped in the new louvers. Makes everything look brand new!
