Better than an l298n?
The media could not be loaded. These little motor drivers are perfect for hobby motors. 250mA is plenty powerful for standard 'yellow' motors and these can do more than double that per channel. I'd only consider l298n over this if your motor needs 12v+ or you want to make use of the 5v regulator on the l298n to power your arduino, etc. Controlling them from arduino is a bit odd. There are two control pins for each channel. One is forward pwm and the other is backwards pwm.
