Great case

People have written many bad reviews for this case the truth is its not that bad I have just received it and it fits perfect and looks perfect all this talk about "not feeling like a real otter box" it's all crazy it fits feels great works and I have a glass shield on my phone and the case works perfect. AND I CAN GET TO THE PEN

I discovered my first ever OtterBox case almost 10 years ago when I accidently bought one for my old Blackberry. I immediately fell in love with the case (it was the Commuter series) as it looked incredible and was made of the most premium plastic I'd ever felt on a case. Back then, this was a big deal as I was relatively poor with little money and my most prized possession, and only possession of any real value was my Blackberry. Since that day, the only case I've ever used is OtterBox on any phone or tablet that I've owned.I don't know what it is but lately, and over the past 2 years or so, every single OtterBox case I've purchased has been garbage. Whether iPhone, Samsung etc. - the quality has been very poor and the feel of the cases isn't the same anymore.I recently bought a Galaxy Note 20 Ultra and immediately went to buy this case, but also the Commuter Series and the Symmetry Series. This was due to my past bad experiences with OtterBox and the fact that I had hope that either one of them would be great and I could return the other two, or even keep them handy.But all 3 cases were garbage. The Defender case is loose on the phone. It clicks every time I move the phone and I don't know whether it would scratch my phone over time, or even fall out. Plus the clips were really, really loose on the front cover.So I tried the Commuter Series and because of the size of my phone, and the fact that the top is only covered by a small piece of plastic (the rest is rubber), every time I put my phone in my jeans pocket, when I pulled it out, the case would come off the phone and my phone fell on the floor once - luckily on carpet and a very small distance. There is a serious design flaw here.Finally tried the Symmetry Series and the camera is higher than the case, so if I put the phone on the table the camera glass would touch the surface! But this was only in one corner, it's as if the case was slanted somehow inside.On top of that, the quality of the plastic is now very bad in the Defender and also the Commuter. Only the Symmetry is good quality plastic but the case was flawed!Given that this is not a random event, due to the number of cases I've tried, I can only assume that something is wrong at the factory. Either the business has grown so quickly that quality control is no longer a priority, or there have been some forms of cost reductions in the manufacturing process.I'm really disappointed because OtterBox was always my "go to" but now it has to be the new brand - Mous. Check out their cases, they are incredible.Although, sadly, and for some weird reason, I'll always yearn for an OtterBox - perhaps nostalgia or perhaps because I had such a reliable experience with the brand once upon a time.I hope that they fix the quality control issues.

Doesn't protect spen, screen area.Phone doesn't work now, waiting to see if warranty will fix it.
