The product worked great but the buttons feel cheap and dont feel like theyre going to last long

I purchased this tuner strictly for the ability to turn off the Active Fuel Management Feature on my 2009 Chevy Silverado 5.3 V8. It was very easy to do. I also did the Regular and Premium tunes, but really didn't notice much of a difference with either of those except take off was a little quicker. But knowing one side of my engine wasn't constantly shutting on and off was a nice piece of mind. I would recommend it for that reason alone.Update, I traded my silverado for a F-150 V6 3.5. Tuned it and definitely noticed a difference and improved gas mileage even happier with the tuner.

I have a 2016 colorado. It said it could adjust my torque management but apparently only works on 2017 and newer. Called tech support and found this out after I had installed and couldn't find anything for torque in the tuner menu. Disappointing but was able to adjust my shift points and get a little more firmness in my shifts. Didn't see any more mpg but also did a cold air intake the same day. So if you have an older colorado or any older vehicle do more research and possibly call there tech support even before buying

well it will disable the DOD but the tunes seem to be worse or less effective than my stock tune. now I have no idea if my truck already had a custom tune, as I bought it used. but the tunes I try make my truck backfire or just not perform as well as my "stock" tune.07 Tahoe LTZ with HD tow package, and cold air intake.

Installed the Premium Fuel Tune on my Lincoln Town Car. I had replaced my stock 3.31 rear end gears with 3.73's. This tuner gave me the extra power I was looking for and corrected my speedometer for the new ring and pinion gears. Installation through the obd port took 5 minutes. Thanks Hypertech.

I drive a 2009 F150 STX 4x4. After putting a 6" lift and monster wheels on this summer, my truck was laughably sluggish in acceleration and the shift points were horrendous. My MPG was continually going down even though I also installed a cold air intake, throttle body spacer, full system exhaust, etc. I'll try not to exaggerate, but after a 20-minute software update and programming it felt like I got a whole new truck! Over the next two weeks I made a couple tweaks to my programming to dial everything in (maybe 5 minutes each time). The programmer is intuitive and easy to use, and today I think my truck drives better than stock. I also gained several MPG, and couldn't be happier

Tried loading the program on my truck and it would NOT load there was an issue stating that the vin # could Not be used. I contacted the manufacturer tech support, and they stated that the unit was already registered on May 23rd to another vin # and I had to send the unit back to where i purchased it from. I placed the order on May 25th so I'm not sure how it was registered to another Vin # on the 23rd??? That all being said it is June 15th now and the unit has been returned for over a week and still NO Credit has been issued!

To start, if you change tire size this we reprogram your speedometer to account for the size changes. It also let's you customize shift + - RPMs for towing or better fuel mileage. You can set your fan on temp from stock to 195⁰ to 180⁰. Change octane from 87, to 89,91 93. Adjust your gas pedal to more response (5 settings) and about 5 more parameters. I went from 87 to 89 octane and it felt like I found another cylinder !! Plus I adjusted the slop out of my throttle response too. I totally love !!! Get you one or just come to me lol

For the price you pay ... Definitely better options out there... Doesn't seem to work on many cars and is really limited in options and settings ... If I can save somebody the trouble... I would say keep looking there are definitely better options

Doesn’t do all the functions they say for all vehicles only limited to certain changes. It says you can tell your vehicle that it has a cold air intake and other things on there website but once you have it plugged in it doesn’t have those options for your vehicle. Plugging into the computer and downloading the software also isn’t very straight forward

This product was apparently USED. I called the help desk to find out that it was paired to another truck already. I'm out $500 and it will cost me $250 US to have the device reprogrammed.
