This set is really lovely. Feels kind high end hotel bedding. Has a converted zip in the duvet, massive improvement on press studs or buttons . The pillow cases have the entry point in the middle so your pillow doesn’t end up hanging out. Very impressed, will be buying more.

Am saving for the summer so can't quote on softness etc but am looking forward to trying out the sheets in the summer monthsHave only put it on my bed today but it does feel smooth and cool lets see!

I question if it is actually Egyptian Cotton (maybe that is why "sateen" is used in the description?? Answers on a postcard please) and there were no labels on the product at all. Having said that, it washed up beautifully, is soft and looks good. For the price you cannot go wrong.

This isn’t 600 thread count Egyptian cotton - I didn’t really think it would be at this price, but I have bought very good quality for around this price in the past. This isn’t. It’s poorly sewn and as you can see the zipper wasn’t sewn in at the end so one zipper flew off the end of the track before I spotted the fault. I tried to get it back on but as the end of the plastic tracks are raw it was impossible. At least there was another zipper on the track so I could open and close the zip.One of the side seams has been poorly sewn, catching part of the main body of the cover in it. There was clearly no quality control here.We needed the duvet cover for a new bed, and family were arriving the next day so I just sewed it up and kept the cover. It will do as a spare, but if you are looking for the lovely smooth feel of Egyptian cotton don’t buy this.

For the price of Egyptian cotton at one of the highest threads .Would buy again.The zip fastening is fab .Recoommend the stripe if you dont like too plain

Sheets are lovely and soft.Shame it came with a small stain.Can’t be bothered to pack back up and return so will have to deal with it being on the underside.

Very good set for the price and very soft also doesn't make you hot like some covers can.
