I was simply checking benifits and side effects of meltodetrin after buing the product got to see all the side effects but no increase in calories which really helps in gaining mass please cunusult before you take meltodetrin as a mass gainer bcs it's not that great choice it will increase blood suger lever and your rest of life will pathetic. You should make your own diet plan and then add this to your list. Bcuz you should know how much you need this. I recommend 2 spoons if your diet plan is below 2000kcal per day.They give you their own asitis spoin for sure. But almost at the depth of packet. It is cheap bcuz it is indian.
