What can I say. It does the job. 1 star taken off as it only lasted the summer- usually lasts longer than 1 season! Bought in April and now have to buy another in Sept. Hoping to get a last cut in before its too late.

Amazing value and strong
Took ages buying varies streamer wires and most very cheap and not effective. These provide excellent value for money and strong well made. Highly recommend

Not as good as I'd hoped
The dual feed strimmer cord jams, not as much as the one from Homebase - which was returned for a refund - but still more than the Black & Decker single feed that it replaced. It was cheap at £50 but it looks like the central hub for the spool of strimmer cord will wear out prematurely as it's close to the ground and is already showing signs of heavy abrasion. When this one gives up I'll get another B&D, even though the rear bearing eventually failed and killed it. The B&D gave a better cut and jammed less often.

Can't beat the correct flymo accessories
Perfect fit. Tried buying wind on yourself wire not for me also copy coils that are not a patch on the correct flymo.
