Easy digestion and no side effects .
It was great . It was easy to digest and it did not have any side effects . It had positive effect on my ability to walk . I Have tried many calcium tablets but none was as good as this one .

What ever is in this product I really needed. I got it initially for help with my bones but I feel so much better overall. If I miss a day I feel it. So I don’t miss a day! I got the 30 day supply first and it came beautifully packaged in a jar in a round box. Then I ordered the larger supply which came in a cardboard envelope. I refill the jar as needed.

Price is right vitamins I need in one bottle
Found this online here. Very similar to another very expensive brand. Have osteopenia hope my bones will get better. Love that all the vitamins I usually take are in this one capsule. Price is right

Questioning, combining, magnesium with calcium
I’m concerned about this product because it contains magnesium and calcium together which I’ve been hearing should not be taken together at the same time. So I have no opinion at this time that’s why I gave it a three out of five

Good calcium alternative
These are easier to swallow than the big dry tablets other calcium supplements have. I like the inclusion of D and K too.
