Does the job
This hard hat adapter is a nice compromise between cheap and functional. The thin aluminum it is made from is just pliable enough to be formed around hard hats that it is not specifically made for, and it looks like it can be made to fit on almost any hard had that has a lip around the bottom edge. It holds a standard Jackson visor window or universal window fine and does a good job of converting a hard hat into a full face shield.

i use it when cutting trees, and can be taken off when useing the helmet as hard hat.
