Slim fit with really good protection
I had a Note 8 for 3+ years prior to getting the Note 20, and the case I had on my old phone was perfect. It was a bit rubbery and had a textured patten on the back and was slim to the phone - barely looked like there was a case on it, but the company did not make a similar case anymore. When I got my new Note 20, the store sold me a new case that they insisted was the best case out there, however, it was HUGE. It was also a harder smooth plastic, which once I brought the phone home realized was really slippery on hard surfaces. It was so big that it also didn't fit in the center console of my truck and would slide easily. I also thought the camera on the back stuck out just the slightest bit where it could get scratched. I did a lot of research that mostly said the case sold be big and bulky or it wouldn't protect the phone. I found this case when doing research and decided to give it a try. This case is great, better than great, it hits all the marks that I didn't even realize I needed in a phone case. The texture gives it just enough grip that it doesn't slide on surfaces like granite countertop, it is snug to the phone and also nice and thin like the phone itself. I do not find it to fit loose at all, if you pull on the edges, they lift only a little bit, but you probably shouldn't be pulling on them constantly anyway. They lay flat when left alone. The back border around the camera sticks out more than the camera itself, so it's nice and protected. I have dropped the phone a couple of times in the two months that I've had it, and no damage, I think the material of the case absorbs impact really well. Overall, this is a great case if you want to protect your phone without it being in a big bulky case.

Slim and sleek
With cases, so much is dependent on personal preferences and how the phones are handled. The potential shortcomings of this case are due to the extremes of this phone's design:1) This phone has completely rounded sides, nothing to cling to. You would basically need a hard-shelled case to get the desired protection. However, even those can pop out of place upon impact, giving a false sense of security. Thankfully, the drop-test reviews of the Note20 Ultra's Gorilla Glass Victus are most impressive. In testing so far, unless I'm deliberately pushing on the sides of the cases, I'm not noticing looseness in normal, every day use.2) Even after seeing pictures beforehand, the massive size of the camera bump still surprised me. I was hoping the case would even out the back more, but if I had to choose between a lip that protects the camera glass or having a phone that lays completely flat on a table, I would choose the protective lip.In 11+ years and counting with smartphones, I have yet to crack a screen (with minimal protection). So for me, this case is perfect. For those with a history of accidents, or are in fear of having one, I would not take a chance on the slimmest of cases. Spigen Tough Armor would be a better choice.https://www.amazon.com/Spigen-Tough-Designed-Samsung-Galaxy/dp/B089CPVHJX/ref=sr_1_1?dchild=1&keywords=Spigen+Tough+Armor+note20+ultra&qid=1598380143&sr=8-1

One of the best phone cases: excellent side buttons, charging port size, stylus access
As mentioned in the title, firstly there was not a single issue with the volume and power side buttons; they were very easy to press down and responsive to inputs. Second, the opening for the charging port was pretty wide, enough for me to fit in a magnetic adapter. Lastly, the concaved indent access for the stylus was a great touch design wise. The only downside I could think of was wishing for the case to have more grippier texture on the back side. Other older phone cases I have had were more grippier than this.

Great Grip. Very comfortable in your hand. Edges a little loose.
This was the first Spigen case I got for my Galaxy Note 20 Ultra 5G. I like the grip that this case offers. The textured back surface and especially edges promote confidence when holding the phone and moving it around in my hand. The case provides good protection (despite being very thin), is durable and seems like it will last a long time. I had no problems with fast-wireless charging using this case.I've read complaints about loose fitting at the sides. This is true and I've experienced this. The problem with this is that it tends to push a tempered glass screen protector and cause it to separate from the screen face at the edges. This is an annoyance and replacing the screen protector often gets costly.HOWEVER, Spigen offers another case for the Galaxy Note 20 Ultra 5G that fits tighter to the edges. It's their 'Thin-fit' line. This case has a smooth rubberized surface, as opposed to the textured surface of the 'Liquid Armor'. It is a polycarbonate (Lexan like airplane windows) case. It is significantly stiffer than the 'Liquid Armor' and seems like it would provide as much protection (more; against a blow from a sharp object). It does not push the edges of the screen protector off.I wondered and recently found out how Spigen creates the rubberized surface on the polycarbonate. They form the (black) polycarbonate and apply the rubber coating on top of it. I learned this after about a year and a half of use. Maybe the cleaner I'm using (or the oil from my hands) has broken down the rubberized coating, but I can see the Lexan where I grip the phone with my hands most. This only compromises the grip on the phone, and not the protection. I've only had a problem with a screen protector delaminating once. This happened when I dropped the phone from a couple feet off the ground. I was happy the 'Thin-Fit' case protected the phone and was glad to sacrifice the screen protector rather than have a damaged screen. Both cases have about the same thickness dimensions. I prefer the 'Thin-Fit' over the 'Liquid Armor'. I hope this helps you. I will see if Spigen offers both cases for the Galaxy S22 Ultra. If they do, I will post this review for those users in hopes it will help them.Best Regards,
