Has anyone gotten a replacement or refund?** A: I filled out a form on the Chaco website and 48 hours later they replied to say they were sending me a replacement pair. My original pair lasted 2 months. **Q: Is there any kind of manufacturer warranty on these? I've had two different pairs of these break after wearing each less than six months.** A: The manufacturer defers to the store’s 30 return policy. I bought a size smaller than my normal shoe size and I still couldn't snug it up to make it not flop around. I wore them about 30 times and the strap pulled out of the sandle. There is no reinforcing in the sandle to handle the stress of your body weight on the strap if you get a little sideways on the sandle. I was expecting much more durability for the high price. I think it would be better to by some cheap Walmart sandle and replace them more often. These cost me more than a dollar a day.
