This design is very accurate on finding studs. The beep is not very loud and it’s very easy to use.

Electronic stud finders have been around for, what, 40 years? This one is very inconsistent and time consuming to use. It's time consuming because you need to hold it to the wall with the button pressed until the red light goes out before moving it. This takes anywhere from three to five seconds which doesn't sound like a lot but when you're used to putting one up to the wall, pressing the button and it's ready to move, this is annoying. Even more annoying is sometimes it finds a stud and a moment later it's gone. The first time using it, it found a stud that was two FEET wide. I don't think so.

Works okay. Hard to figure out 1st time using it.

A little bit hard to understand how its work but dont forget you need to calibrate it on the wall surface and slowly slide to the wall it will find and show perfectly
