This system worked very well to take down the blast effect from a showerhead working on mains water pressure. There are a couple of different flowrate options and I have now used the option which limits the flow the most. I could almost wish the options in the kit could reduce the flowrate still further, but this has proven very acceptable in use.

This tiny piece of plastic did a great job in stopping the shower drenching the bathroom. We have high water pressure and needed something to slow it down. It has worked reasonably well, so worth the small cost. We have a shower tap, so I can't give a review for electric showers.
