They work great for me.
I now have a total of 4 of these set up around the farm. All function as expected and deliver photos daily. I have one that was giving a disconnected cable message the first few days, but was still sending photos. Sometimes the photos can take a while to be delivered, but if you leave the app open on your phone it takes a minute or less. It's nice not to have to go check memory cards on a regular basis. The Cell-Links have been a valuable asset in reducing the coyote population as they tend to get wary of calls after a while. Receive an alert, check photo and grab rifle. The local deer population has been reduced to next to nothing, but I imagine these could be helpful if there were any. I have read reports of poor battery life. I just replaced batteries June 15 in the first one I installed March 10th. So I would say for me that is not an issue. Back packing season is here and I'm considering taking one of my setups to my favorite wilderness area for the summer or maybe try one of the new cell cameras Spypoint is coming out with. So yes, nothing to complain about. I researched many different cell cameras and read conflicting reviews on Spypoint, but not a problem for me.

DOESN'T WORK AND NO SUPPORT!
I ordered one of these through Amazon. It was supposed to be compatible with any trail camera. It did not work. I returned it for replacement. I put it into the new camera and still no pictures. According to the SpyPoint App the device is communicating with the appropriate servers. Interestingly, on occasion, if I pulled up data for weather on either of my two devices the weather reported in in Elden Kansas. My devices are in Pennsylvania. I put the Cell-Link in an old SpyPoint camera and it still does not transmit pictures. All power and signal strength requirements were in specifications. Support is a joke. Can't even get help on chat line. was on for nearly an hour and dropped! I would not recommend anything Spy Point!12/31/2023 UPDATE- After contacting Amazon for replacement of the previous Cell-Link by SpyPoint, I received a replacement. After following activation instructions, I placed the unit in the field attached to my Browning Trail camera.. Again, it did not work. Contacted customer support AGAIN. Explained the problem. Since I was not near the camera, they tried to resolve the issue remotely. After much time and typing back and forth on their Chat line, it was determined I needed to get the camera and do a firmware update. I completed this and returned the camera to the field. Again, it did not work. I had to return to the camera nearly 20 miles away and after an hour on their web site "chatting" was told the SD cable needed replaced. I was also advised that the cable was out of warrenty after less than 60 days of ownership it was out of warranty! Despite my reasoning and pleas for assistance in getting a free replacement I was told I would have to pay for a new one! I would DEFINITELY NOT recommend any SpyPoint products to anyone and CERTAINLY would not recommend the Cell-Link!

Four out of five isn't bad I guess.....
I have been running Cell Links for three years now. I have four cameras in different parts of Texas and for the most part have been very happy with this product. I had a location fail a few months back and went out to retrieve the camera and bring it back to the DFW area. I do that because I think when you start up these Cell links its best to have them in good cellular coverage areas if they need updates. I will start up a new Cell Link and will run it a few weeks prior to transfering it to its remote location.I brought all four cameras (Bushnell Trophy Cam HDs) and their attendant Cell Links back to DFW about a month ago. I cleaned them up and put in fresh batteries and set them up in my back yard. Three of the four pairs worked very well and are reporting awesome photos but a fourth pair (Bushnell Trophy Cam HD and Cell Link) just wasn't reporting anything. That was the same thing that happened from its West Texas location. Long story short I contacted Spypoint via their chat window. I spent a couple of hours of back and forth with a tech that had no clue about how the product worked. I ended up trying to upload new version of firmware but it wouldn't take. Today the fifth new Spypoint Cell Link was delivered and appears to work perfectly with the came the "old" Cell Link wasn't communicating with. All in all for the price I'm satisfied. If better customer service added another $20 to the Cell Link's price I may be inclined to explore other options. I have bad days and some of the stuff we buy has bad days. The new Cell Link just sent me another pic so I am back to restoring observation at my 4th location.

Can't use it in India
Bought this cell link and had trouble activating it. Chats with three different people from their support team and at last, i was told that the one i bought was designed for US only not the UNIVERSAL cell link. If i can find a real universal cell link, i would be very happy to buy it.

Couldn't get it to connect to network (UK)
Tried multiple times to get this to connect to UK mobile network without success. Useless with no network connection so returned. May be because it was supplied from US - may be a difference in the networks??
