I had my daughter by C Section in July of this year and the compression of this garnet really helped with moving around postpartum and also smoothed out bulges as I returned to postpartum clothes. Now that I am almost 4 months out, I still continue to wear the size Large for the shapewear aspect of this product. I highly recommend if you have Diastasis Recti or are recovering from a C section. Some drawbacks: as I lost pregnancy and continue to, I needed to repurchase and size down. The top part of the faja has rubber that helps keep it up, if you lose weight, this can become loose and roll down.
