Really pleased with speed of delivery, considering it was a personalised item. Good quality product and engraving is neat and clear.Only slight issue was the box it comes in (not the postal package) as it was crumpled and bashed at one side, not ideal for gifting. Apart from this, I would recommend.

The product is lovely but this is a gift and it would have been nice if it arrived in a box. It just arrived in bubble wrap so I now have to go and find a box for it...a little disappointing.
