Great for Inside Sneakers As Well!
I can't wear regular socks with my Merrell and New Balance tennis shoes because my toes can't grip inside of socks and my legs get tired from that. Of course no-socks means smelly shoes sooo I got these to try wearing with my tennis shoes. They have been perfect! Easy to put on after first few times. Light and thin. I was worried the bottom grips would not be enough, or either too much and stick to the insides of my shoes and make my feet slide out of my socks but alas they are just right. I have had no problems 😄 I just wish they came in white and were a little less expensive.

Some comfort and some caution
These keep my feet warm and do add gripping power to the mat...yet, when I put pressure on my front foot, the socks pull too tightly around my toes...so I take them off for lunges, warrior poses, triangle, etc.

They are great, as I practice yoga in studio with a wooden floor on pier and beam where it gets pretty chilly. The only down side is that they occasionally hang on my mat and pull off; but I prefer that to slipping and falling!

Highly recommended! I just used them for the first time and they were exactly what I was expecting - comfortable and good quality. The non-slip bottoms work well, but aren't so sticky that you can't slide your feet when you really want to.
