I had purchased this for my Grandson as he is heading to Iowa State this fall. I wanted it in time for his birthday. I read the shipping etc. and it was to arrive on time for his special day. Unfortunately, I am not sure what happened on the shipping end, however the package didn't go out for a full additional day, and while they were great about letting me know it would be late. I am still not clear why it took almost two days for them to ship it. Thus why I gave them a 4. The item itself was excellent, and my Grandson loved it.

It's deeper than the average hat. If you have a smaller head, it rides on your ears. The mesh is not cut at the appropriate length so it bunches up on smaller size settings.
