Are you charged when you send your book in? If so, how much?

No ! There is no charge. You mail it to them , they will mail you back the finished book .

Can i use regular printer paper?

Probably not because their paper is labeled and has a different feel to it...a little more glossy

Has anyone not received theirs? We submitted ours in January and it has been over 2 months and nothing. No response from the company either when email

It seems like this is a common problem. It takes time ; but it will come!

Can you use colored pencils instead of markers?
