Easy to clean, run under hot taps and I use a castile soap to make sure, and air dry in a toothpick holder on my vanity.I finally don't get the deep itching in the afternoons like before, and I feel like I get a safe clean after a shower without pushing water and wax into my ear canal like with a cotton swab.

These are super easy to use but with anything, be careful sticking stuff in your ear. I like the little scoop spoon shaped tool. Husband likes the springy looking tool.
