This is an attractive pattern that goes well in my "new" antique dresser. The background appears darker to me than shown in the product photos (compare for yourself), but that's all right. Also all the product photos other than the one of the roll itself (including the tiny photo on the roll in its picture) agree in that the design is light medallions on a darker background as opposed to the reverse. I'm please with how it looks in the dresser drawers, and how smooth it feels. I wanted the liner because the drawer bottoms are rough in places, and I didn't want my clothes to catch or snag. I picked this pattern to go with the overall beige/brown tones in my room, and to have a vintage/antique look. I think this lining achieves that pretty well.As for how easy it is to install, I found it straightforward and not frustrating. That said, I have a lot of experience working with fabrics. I wrote in the headline to be careful measuring and applying. The first drawer, I didn't allow enough margin for error, and there is a slight 1/16" to 1/8" gap at one side. The second one, I overcompensated, and it goes up the far edge about the same amount. The next one, I cut generously, laid the unpeeled sheet in the drawer and pressed it in, then cut along the crease. That one went in perfectly.It's important to peel off only a little (no more than a couple of inches) at a time. I used my fingers instead of a squeegee to apply different amounts of pressure. When there was a bubble, I peeled up on the main sheet only so far as to get to the bubble, then more carefully re-applied taking care to smooth out the bubble. Take care not to let the sheet stick to itself! If you never press hard until you are sure the part you're applying is smooth, the sheet can be unstuck from itself (unwrinkled). However, it is very hard to unstick from itself.You can see in the curves of the top drawer that with care, one can do a very neat job on a complex shape. I found it straightforward to measure and apply, with attractive results. I am very pleased with the product and will probably use it in other projects.

I really wanted to give this a full 5 stars, but would give it 3.5. After 3 months, 2 places have torn and the adhesive is coming off, leaving it curled on the ends. It does clean easy and is easy to apply and measure. The range of colors is also good.

I purchased several types of contact paper. The cheaper one I got at the big box store ripped after one week! This stuff is thicker and much more durable. I wish I would have started with this product. Don’t waste your money one the other stuff just start with this.

Bought this to bring life to the inside of my desk drawer. I was easy to measure and cut as the back has grid lines. As long as you do small sections at a time and smoothing as you go. , the process to install was pretty easy. Removing was easy as well. No residue left and did not remove the finish of the surface.

I actually returned this because I ordered the wrong one. I was looking at the same product but one was peel n stick and the other wasn’t. I reordered the right one and couldn’t be happier.

I love this shelf liner because it’s not non slip and allows me to move things easily in my pantry. The design is beautiful as well. It was very easy to measure and cut the exact size I needed. The adhesive isn’t too strong that you can’t lift off and fix a mistake but strong enough to stay put.I would buy this again and highly recommend it.

I used it for a project spray painting on a metal sign. It stuck to the sign held up to having spray paint on it & peeled off with no problem. The letters I cut out were able to be used again to protect the letters so I could paint the background too…!!

To be fair I don’t like any contact paper but thought it would look better in my cupboards. They have not improved it in the last 30 years. I thought if I bought the gorilla brand it would be better. It tore easily. If you used it just by itself it went on fairly well. If you tried to stick it to another piece because it wasn’t long enough or wide enough it would stick to that other piece and you could not get it apart without it ripping. Very frustrating. Take a chill pill if you’re going to do this. I’m not blaming this particular brand just don’t like contact paper. There has got to be something better.
